Synth Single Review: “Voices from the past” by INTERDIT & TV Players

INTERDIT & TV Players’ “Voices from the Past” carries messages of warm remembrance. The track kicks off as a prismatic synth is joined by soft-edged notes that glide past easily. Strummed guitar creates a bright line moving with undulating bass to form a steady underpinning. 

The beat flows forward as swirling arpeggios are joined by gentle synth carrying a melody that dreams of times gone by. Clapping percussion adds fresh energy as brightly entangling notes cascade, full of warming life and nostalgic emotion. Guitar adds even more radiance, singing out with joyful remembrance and capturing me in my own memories of the past. 

Waves wash as the track slips through a segment that moves like sunlight through my mind, creating tranquility and easygoing emotion. Chimes ring like illuminating thought while the saxophone adds richness and passion, tugging at my heartstrings. Punching percussion adds shape before the underpinnings fall away and the track goes quiet.

Synth Single Review: “Wonderflux” by Everdune

Everdune’s “Wonderflux” is filled with a sense of planetary adventure. Rapidly rippling notes move alongside a pounding kick drum in an accelerating charge. Percussion bursts into a speeding beat as a synth creates a feeling of gently levitating, cosmic ease. The main melody suggests landscapes unfolding while traveling across an unfamiliar planet.

Pounding underpinnings heighten the drama as the lead synth flies with uplifting force and trumpeting tones fill the music with boundless exploration. I imagine a ship skimming the surface of an unknown world as spinning tones add bursting speed. The way in which the artist weaves imagery is compelling and enjoyable as the track unfolds. 

The synth melody feels tightly wound and thrilling, skipping like dust plumes rising from alien soil. Punching notes and throbbing percussion return before pan pipes float delicately, adrenaline surging until the leaping tonal pattern drives once more and the track ends.

Stacy Gabriel’s “15 Karat Sitcom” is suffused with pastel feeling and starry radiance. The piece begins as drifting notes sway and a sharp pulse cuts cleanly through. The underlayer splashes broadly while ringing synth intertwines with exhaling pan pipes that glide in tranquil motion.

Cascading tones move behind a frolicking synth that shines like starlight piercing shadow. The track glows with richness and depth, full of beautifully graceful feeling. The rhythm moves steadily as cutting pulsations weave between calming notes that drift like a noctilucent cloud.

Serenity steals over me as the pan pipes breathe and the underpinnings throb. Elevated notes glisten like hopeful stars above shadowed lands, while dense bass carries the track forward.

Metallic tones form a hypnotic pattern, joined by a string-like synth that carries a dreaming melodic line. Crystalline notes float with graceful elegance as the melody dances distantly with yearning meditation before silence falls.

Synth Single Review: “Atlas” by Sub Neon

Sub Neon’s “Atlas” reflects the mingled darkness and potential of the world we currently inhabit. The track commences with flashing brightness from a glimmering synth as broadly flowing bass moves alongside coruscating chimes. The bass rumbles as a warning cry pierces the air and tumbling notes explode with dynamism.

The drums leap in as lacerating synth lines burn with radiance and the rhythm establishes itself with assertive strength. Uncertainty fills the leaping notes as they drift into a cosmic void before a lambent synth carries a dreaming melody, tinged with hope despite the rising darkness of the foundational pulse. Brilliant tones float above haunted textures, illuminating the music with a ghostly glow.

A mixture of chaos and beauty reflects both challenge and possibility as crushing bass snarls and solar notes glisten. I enjoy how the musical imagery mirrors the Sub Neon’s intent, with surging tones offering encouragement against fractured, uncertain sounds that leap and fade. The bass remains massive as erupting effulgence spills through the track it closes in a final surge of light and shadow.
